Meditation is more than simply relaxation — for thousands of years it has been used to awaken.

In everyone’s life there are special moments when the mind becomes unusually acute and clear, thoroughly focused, rooted in the here and now. The senses are sharp and precise. You are in a bigger part of yourself, you are alive! You ARE.

IST meditation techniques have three fundamental principles:
• stillness
• silencing the mind
• internalization of the senses and of consciousness
​
Through a meditation practice of this nature you become clearer, faster, sharper, more capable of intense concentration over extended periods. Thought processes become fluid, and speed up. The heart flourishes.

It leads to awakening from inside. An awakening that doesn’t flicker with external circumstances.
​
Extreme life, in a continuum of peace that is beyond anything the ordinary mind can comprehend.
​
Increased awareness, inspiration and clarity.
​
Be it at work or at home, daily life becomes a different experience.

Clairvision is a school of meditation that offers powerful techniques to explore and transform consciousness. It was founded in 1987 in Australia by Dr Samuel Sagan. Courses based on his teachings are now run throughout the world. The school’s focus is to give meditation training to as high a level as you want. It is designed for people who want to experience levels of consciousness, not just hear the theories. Therefore the approach is resolutely experiential and open to people of all backgrounds.

Weekly Meditation Classes
Together, in the tranquil setting provided by The Berkeley Spire, we will listen to talks and guided meditation practices. After listening to each, we will discuss experiences and theory.
The series is designed to take people (including people with no meditation background) into experiences of consciousness.
It emphasizes the importance of firsthand knowledge and direct experience.
The meditations include the use of sounds to facilitate spaces of conciousness.
